Our Position on the Role of Women in Ministry

In 2023, our church began a prayerful process of discerning God’s call on women in various ministry roles, in particular, whether women should serve in a pastoral capacity. This has been heavily debated by Christians all over the globe for 2,000 years.

As a byproduct of that work, we, as a church, decided to include women in pastoral roles. If you would like to know more about that process and the biblical reasoning behind that conclusion, we’ve included a brief that we shared with the congregation in March of 2024.
